无患子药材及总皂苷HPLC指纹图谱

摘    要:目的:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对无患子药材、无患子总皂苷进行指纹图谱研究,并分别对其相似度进行评价,为评价无患子药材提供依据。方法:色谱条件:Cromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水二元梯度洗脱,检测波长为210 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,进样量为20μL;并采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统2004 A版对其相似度进行评价。结果:建立了无患子药材、无患子总皂苷的HPLC指纹图谱,且相似度较好。结论:此方法能够为无患子药材、无患子总皂苷指纹图谱的检测提供参考,为全面控制无患子药材质量提供依据。

Abstract:By high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) method for fingerprint study on with sapindus and sapindus saponin,the similarity evaluation with sapindus was conducted to provide a basis for medicinal herbs. Chromatographic conditions are Cromasil C18 column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),acetonitrile-water with gradient elution,detection wavelength at 210 nm,flow rate of 1. 0 mL / min,column temperature 30 ℃,injection volume: 20 μL; and the similarity of chromatographic fingerprint evaluation system 2004 A version of its similarity was used. Results: established HPLC fingerprinting with sapindus and sapindus saponin,and of high similarity. This method can be used with sapindus and sapindus saponin fingerprint detection standard,and provides quality basis for comprehensive control of no son medicines.
