纳米TiO_2与天然紫外吸收剂防晒效用的研究

摘    要:对具有防晒作用的数十种天然植物 ,进行了提取、复配 ,复配后的产品加入纳米TiO2 ,并在应用上进行了相关的研究与测试。测试结果表明 :天然防晒剂护肤品 ,对 2 80~ 32 0nmB区紫外光透射率≤ 1 5 % ,对 330~40 0nmA区紫外光透射率≤ 16 %。并与国内市场上较流行的JapanUVMILKYUPERSPF 45 ,在同等条件下进行了测试对比 ,结果表明 :本产品在 2 80~ 35 0nm波段 ,对紫外光的透射率为0 2 2 %~ 3 30 % ,UVMILKYUPERSPF 45为 2 2 2 %~3 90 % ;本产品在 36 0~ 40 0nm波段 ,对紫外光的透射率为 5 31%~ 15 78% ,UVMILKYUPERSPF 45为 4 2 3%~ 4 95 %。

Abstract:The method and procedure for selecting,extracting and compounding of natural ultraviolet absorbents have been studied.The compounded ultraviolet absorbent as well as nanometer titanium dioxide has been applied in cosmetics.The percentage transmission of the compounded natural sun-screening agent is less than 1.5% for 280-320 nm and less then 16% for 330 - 400 nm ultraviolet rays.The natural sun-screening agent has been compared with one famous brand of Japanese cosmetic UV MILKY SUPER 45 which has high SPF(sun protection factor).At the range from 280 to 350 nm,the natural sun screening agent has 0 22% to 3.3% ultraviolet transmission,but the Japanese cosmetic UV MILKY SUPER 45 has 2.22% to 3.90%.At the range from 360 to 400 nm,the natural sun screening agent has 5 31% to 15 78% ultraviolet transmission,but the Japanese cosmetics UV MILKY SUPER 45 has 4 23% to 4 95%.
