摘    要:真空开关是在低压及中压领域应用广泛的电力开断器件,真空度是决定真空开关开断性能的主要因素之一。为实现真空开关真空度的在线测量,笔者介绍了基于磁控放电法的真空开关真空度测试仪的研制方法,分析了磁控放电法的基本原理,利用开关电源技术设计并研制了高压电场电源和励磁系统,实现了离子电流的测量及控制电路设计等,同时为了实现户外的便携式操作,完成了锂离子电池电源的研制。利用研制的测量仪对一款12kV的真空开关进行测试,获得了离子电流-真空度曲线。

Abstract:To realize on-line measurement of vacuum degree for vacuum interrupters,an instrument based on magnetron discharge was developed.By analyzing the basic working principle of magnetron discharge,a high-voltage power supply and an excitation source were designed on the basis of the switching power supply technology.The measurement of ionic current and the design of control circuit were implemented.Moreover,a power supply of lithium battery was developed for portable purpose of the instrument.Some experiments were conducted on a 12 kV vacuum interrupter,and the ionic current versus vacuum degree curves were obtained.
