| 摘 要： | 本文首先综述了近年来对晶须生长机理的研究，然后重点介绍了氮化硅晶须的制备方法以及影响其生长的因素，并阐述了氮化硅晶须增强复合材料的现状。指出了加强晶须的基础研究，从质量和成本考虑是今后的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The recent development of whisker's growth mechanism was reviewed in details.And then,the prepare methods of Si_3N_4 whisker were discussed,the effects of temperature,additive and so on for Si_3N_4 whisker were accounted for.The performance of Si_3N_4 whisker of reinforcing material have been commented.It was pointed out that strengthening basic research to development whiskers with high quality and low costs was the near future-developing trend of whiskers. |
