摘    要:二阶段制造和二次受力是叠合结构的关键特征。基于ABAQUS软件,考虑钢筋和混凝土材料本构关系的非线性,定义了联结单元分析钢筋与混凝土之间的粘结滑移关系,确定了切向弹簧单元和主、被动接触表面分析新旧混凝土叠合面之间的粘结滑移关系,通过初始条件定义施加预应力形成初始应力场,引入生死单元模拟叠合结构的二阶段制造和二次受力过程。通过数值分析,验证有限元分析方法的正确性和可靠性,为叠合结构在实际工程中的应用以及其有限元分析提供参考。

Abstract:The composite structure has unique mechanical characteristics mainly due to being made and loaded in two stages.In order to further study the properties of the composite structure in two-stage loading,the finite element analysis based on ABAQUS is performed.The nonlinear properties are considered to simulate reinforcement and concrete,the coupling cell which is consistent with Houde formulation is used to define the bond-slip relation between rebar and concrete,the ideal elastic-plastic spring and contact surface which is consistent with Coulomb and combined with Slave-surface and Master-surface are adopted to analyze the bond-slip relation between new concrete and old concrete,the alive-dead cell is used to well simulate the making and loading in two-stage process.The comparison between the test results and simulation results show that the simulation reveal the loading process,and the simulation results agree well with the test results,which manifests that the finite element method based on ABAQUS for analyzing the composite structure is effective and reliable.Meanwhile,some beneficial conclusions are drawn and may be the reference for the practical application and finite element analysis of the composite structure.
