| 摘 要： | 在分析中国天然气市场的现状以及存在问题的基础上，探讨了中国天然气市场发展的可能性模式与选择，并提出建立天然气供应商、天然气输配商、天然气销售商3个层次的发展思路，有计划按步骤地使全国输气管线相互联网，各种气源融会贯通，最终形成全国范围内安全、可靠、价格相对平稳的天然气供应体系。

| Abstract: | Through analysis on the status quo and the existing issues, this paper investigates into the possible modes and choices of Chinese natural gas market development. In this discussion, this market was divided into three levels: suppliers, distributors, and sellers. The national pipeline networks are to be connected step by step in a planned way, all kinds of gas sources are organized to form a complete natural gas supply system with a relatively stable price under reliable and safe environment all over China. |
