摘    要:文中旨在设计和实现一种基于视频监控的火灾安全监测系统,该系统利用火焰识别算法和人员疲劳检测算法,能实时监测火灾的发生并提前检测人员疲劳情况,为火灾安全管理提供有效的帮助。首先,针对火焰识别,文中提出了一种基于图像处理和机器学习的火焰识别算法,其能准确、快速地检测到火焰的存在。其次,针对人员疲劳检测,文中设计了一种基于计算机视觉和模式识别的人员疲劳检测算法,其能实时监测相关人员的眼睛状态和姿势,及时发现疲劳迹象。〖JP+1〗最后,通过将这两种算法与Java后端系统进行集成,实现了一个完整的火灾安全监测系统。实验结果表明,该系统在火灾安全监测方面具有较高的准确性和实时性,为火灾事故的防范和人员安全提供了有效的保障。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to design and implement a fire safety monitoring system based on video surveillance. The system uses flame recognition algorithm and personnel fatigue detection algorithm to monitor the occurrence of fire in real time and detect personnel fatigue in advance, which provides effective help for fire safety management. First, for flame recognition, this paper proposes a flame recognition algorithm based on image processing and machine learning, which can accurately and quickly detect the existence of flames. Secondly, for personnel fatigue detection, this paper designs a personnel fatigue detection algorithm based on computer vision and pattern recognition, which can monitor the eye state and posture of relevant personnel in real time and detect signs of fatigue in time. Finally, by integrating these two algorithms with the Java back-end system, a complete fire safety monitoring system is realized. The experimental results show that the system has high accuracy and real-time in fire safety monitoring, which provides an effective guarantee for fire accident prevention and personnel safety.
