摘    要:当前,信息化建设在高校不断深入推进,校园卡作为一项重要的智慧校园基础设施,其服务流程设计显得尤为关键。文中旨在探讨高校校园卡业务一站式服务流程的设计方案,着重分析了校园卡系统多角色服务需求、基于CorePlus平台的流程开发和用户体验设计。此外,文中进一步讨论了流程优化策略,包括优化各类人员的校园卡申办流程、新进教师校园卡申办流程以及对流程优化前后效果的分析,以提高办理效率和用户满意度。最后,通过案例分析,展示了流程设计的具体应用与服务效能的提升,同时考虑了服务平台的数据安全与管理问题。该研究对实现高校校园卡服务的高效化和智能化具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。

Abstract:With the deepening of information technology construction in universities, campus cards, as an important smart campus infrastructure, their service process design is particularly crucial. This paper aims to explore the design scheme of a one-stop service process for campus card business in universities, focusing on analyzing the multi role service requirements of the campus card system, process development based on the CorePlus platform, and user experience design. In addition, the paper further discusses process optimization strategies, including optimizing the campus card application process for various personnel, the campus card application process for new teachers, and analyzing the effects of process optimization before and after, in order to improve processing efficiency and user satisfaction.Finally, through case analysis, the paper demonstrates the specific application of process design and the improvement of service efficiency, while considering the data security and management issues of the service platform. This study has important theoretical significance and practical value for achieving efficient and intelligent campus card services in universities.
