智能仓储系统的设计与实现

摘    要:随着物联网技术的快速发展,传统仓储由于效率和准确率低下等原因,已经无法跟上企业快速发展的步伐,在物资流动、保障生产等方面的弊端日益凸显,在很大程度上限制了企业的发展。智能仓储能有效解决传统仓储存在的问题,其不仅能实现密集存储,还可以大幅提高作业效率,加快物流运转,降低企业的用工成本。文中结合对企业公司仓储系统具体需求的分析,研究了智能仓储系统的总体架构设计以及具体的功能模块,同时新增了安防模块、划定了警戒区域,检测是否存在非法入侵行为,从而保障仓储系统的安全性。

Abstract:With the rapid development of Internet of Things technology, traditional warehousing has been unable to keep up with the rapid development of enterprises due to low efficiency and accuracy. The drawbacks in material flow and production assurance have become increasingly prominent, which has greatly restricted the development of enterprises. Intelligent warehousing can effectively solve the problems existing in traditional warehousing. It can not only achieve intensive storage, but also greatly improve operational efficiency, speed up logistics operations, and reduce labor costs for enterprises. Combined with the analysis of the specific needs of the warehousing system of the enterprise company, this paper studies the overall architecture design and specific functional modules of the intelligent warehousing system. At the same time, security modules are added and warning areas are delineated to detect whether there is illegal intrusion, so as to ensure the security of the warehousing system.
