摘    要:φ177mmAccu-Roll轧管机组拟于1992年上半年在成都无缝钢管厂投入试生产。这套新型的、具有现代化水平的轧管机组引起了国内外轧管工作者的极大关注。该机组中的穿孔机、轧管机及定径机三大主机为中国华美钢管工程公司与美国ITAM公司联合设计制造,在工艺及设备结构方面具有一系列特点。本文简要介绍了该机组的工艺及设备结构特点。

Abstract:The 177mm Aecu-Roll mill is due to be put into production in Chengdu Seamless Steel Tube Plant in the first half of 1992. The new modern plant attracts great attention from the tube manufacturer cycles both at home and abroad. The three main mills of the plant, namely, piercing mill, tube-rolling mill and sizing mill, are jointly designed and manufactured by Huamei Steel Tube Engineering Corp. of China and ITAM Inc. of America. The mills have a lot of unique features in terms of process and equipment configuration which are briefed in this paper.
