摘    要:为满足石油炼化装置对石油裂化无缝钢管的性能要求,开发了1Cr5Mo合金无缝钢管。以正火和回火温度、正火和回火保温时间为参数,采用优化试验方法,获得该钢管优化的热处理工艺为:正火温度920~960℃、正火保温时间60min;回火温度720~780℃、回火保温时间60min。按上述优化工艺获得钢管的最佳力学性能为:抗拉极限615MPa、屈服强度505MPa、伸长率23%、冲击功280J、硬度≤180HB;组织晶粒度为8.5级,各项性能均满足标准和用户的使用要求。

Abstract:The 1Cr5Mo seamless alloy steel pipe is developed to meet the requirement of oil refining equipment on oil cracking seamless steel pipe.Taking the normalizing temperature,temper temperature,normalizing insulting time and temper insulting time as parameters,the heat treatment process of the steel pipe is achieved by using optimized experimentation with the normalizing temperature of 920-960℃,normalizing insulting time of 60 min,temper temperature of 720-780℃ and temper insulting time of 60 min.The optimum mechanical properties of the steel pipe obtained from the above optimized process are as follows:the tensile limit is 615 MPa,the yield strength is 505 MPa,the elongation rate is 23%,the impact force is 280 J,the hardness is≤180 HB and the crystalline particle size is level 8.5.All the parameters meet the criteria and the application requirement of users.
