摘    要:Seminar教学模式是学生为研究某一问题而与教师或专家共同讨论的交互式教学方式,它注重学生自主学习和研究能力的培养。文章探讨了Seminar教学模式在化学专业英语的某些教学环节中的应用,教学实践表明,Seminar教学模式能够充分调动学生学习的积极性并激发学生求知的欲望,使学生的自主学习能力得到提升,并且使得教学质量大为提高。

Abstract:Seminar teaching pattern is the mutual teaching method that students and teachers or experts discuss and investigate a question together.It pays attention to develop the students' ability in investigation and teaching themselves.The paper explored the application of seminar teaching pattern in some teaching segments of chemistry English.The teaching practice showed that seminar teaching pattern can muster the students' enthusiasm for learning and stimulate the students' thirst for knowledge.It not only promoted the capacity of students in teaching themselves,but also enhancesd the quality of teaching and studying.
