难选氧化铜矿的超声波助浸研究

摘    要:选取某难选氧化铜矿为对象,进行超声波助浸试验,当超声波发生器振幅为70%、助浸时间为15min时,铜浸出率为59.35%。超声波助浸较传统搅拌酸浸,浸出时间缩短了7倍,铜浸出率提高了4.95个百分点。采用超声波助浸—浸渣浮选新工艺处理该氧化铜矿,获得了闭路铜总回率90.91%的较好指标。

Abstract:Ultrasound strengthening leaching on refractory copper oxide ore was studied. Copper leaching rate is 59.35% under the conditions including ultrasonic amplitude of 70% and leaching time of 15 min. Compared with conventional agitation leaching, ultrasound strengthening leaching process takes 1/8 leaching time with 4.95 percent point higher copper leaching rate. Total copper recovery is 90.91% through closed-circuit test of ultrasonic strengthening leaching on undressed ore and flotation for leaching slag.
