大口径星载雷达天线结构分析

摘    要:论述了大口径星载雷达天线的结构设计,详细介绍了高模量碳纤维框架的设计和平面度、刚度保证措施,对天线的平面度和动态特性分别进行了分析和测试,框架模态的仿真分析结果与实测结果基本一致,为天线发射状态压紧点的优化提供了依据.并用Test Lab中的模态预测软件计算质量增加后结构的模态参数,仿真分析了框架在压紧状态和展开状态的模态.分析表明大口径雷达天线能满足星载结构方面的指标要求,为大口径天线的星载雷达立项打下了基础.

Abstract:This paper discusses the structure design of the large caliber space-based radar antenna, explains the design of high rigidity carbon fibre frame and the guarantee measures of its plane degree and rigidity in detail, analyzes and tests the plane degree and dynamic characteristics of the antenna. The simulation analysis result of the frame mode agrees basically with the experimental result, providing the basis for optimizing the positions of impaction points when the antenna is launched. The structure mode parameter is calculated with the use of the mode forecasting software of Test Lab when the mass of the frame increases, and the frame mode is simulated and analyzed when the frame is pressed and deployed respectively. The analysis result indicates that the large caliber radar antenna can meet the specifications of the space-based structure, thus laying the foundation for the application of the large caliber antenna in the space-based radar.
