摘    要:在激光三角法位移测量系统中,激光的强弱、被测表面颜色、粗糙度等对测量精度有着显著的影响。提出了新的光强度模糊自适应控制方法,智能控制激光功率、光积分时间以及CCD 放大增益来调节系统光强度,达到最合适光强度;在被测表面形态变化的情况下能够实现光强度自适应控制,提高位移测量的精度;计算机仿真将不同的系统光强度调节到预设值3200,验证了控制策略的可行性。并经实验表明,通过控制上述三种要素,CCD 接收到的信号强度能够调节到预期范围,而且测量小位移时精度提高了5%。

Abstract:In laser triangulation displacement measurement system, the light intensity of laser, the color and roughness of measured surface significantly affect on the measurement accuracy. A new method of fuzzy adaptive controller for light intensity was proposed in this paper, which adjusted the light intensity to the best light intensity through intelligent controlling of the laser power, integral time and CCD amplification gain. This controlling method can control the light intensity to adapt to the variety of measured surface and improve the measurement accuracy at the same time. And several kinds of different light intensity were adjusted to the setting value 3200 through the computer simulation, which proved the feasibility of control strategy. Then the experiments show that the signal strength that received by CCD can be adjusted to the expected range through controlling the above three factors and the measuring precision is increased by five percent when the small displacement is measured.
