摘    要:针对石油行业对射孔起爆实时监测的需求,设计了一种基于油管振动加速度特征的射孔起爆监测系统.在射孔枪起爆后,采用高灵敏度加速度传感器采集油管振动信号,搭配后级调理电路对振动信号进行处理,使用高速采集模块对处理后的信号进行采集,通过分析信号的时频特性,射孔信号提取模块在预处理后提取信号的短时能量特性,判断射孔枪的起爆情况....

Abstract:Aiming at the demand for real-time monitoring of perforation initiation in the petroleum industry,aperforation initiation monitoring system based on the acceleration characteristics of tubing vibration was designed.After the perforating gun is detonated,a high-sensitivity acceleration sensor is used to collect the vibration signal of the oil pipe,and the vibration signal is processed by apost-conditioning circuit.The processed signal is collected by a high-speed acquisition card,and the time-frequency characteristics of the signal are analyzed.The signal extraction module extracts the shortterm energy characteristics of the signal after preprocessing,and judges the initiation of the perforating gun.In the tubing vibration experiment of different perforating gun initiation conditions,this monitoring system can realize the perforation gun initiation monitoring with the perforation depth of 1100~3200 m without a priori.The system is simple to install and fast in processing speed,and can be integrated into an embedded system for use in the future,laying the foundation for real-time monitoring of perforation initiation.
