Study on the Development of Russia Cyber Warfare

As a traditional military power,Russia is at an inherent disadvantage in the new confrontation field of cyberspace.In addition,global cyberspace competition has intensified in recent years.Russia and Western countries have become increasingly antagonistic.Therefore,Russia is re-sublimating its understanding of cyber warfare and cyberspace security and is strengthening the research on cyberattack weapon equipment and technology.Its cyber attack ability is significantly improved,and its attack methods show the characteristics of complexity and intelligence.Furthermore,Russia has steadily improved its cyber defense capabilities by building a national Internet,military Internet,national information security and defense system to resist attacks from hackers and Western countries.
