Abstract:The transformation of the 800 kW thermal asynchronous power generating unit with 272 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua Honglin Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.When the sulphuric acid plant is stopped,there is no steam supply or steam of 0.5 MPa and 250℃at the steam outlet of generator set is directly incorporated into the low-pressure pipe network of the company,which causes the pipeline of low-pressure pipe network to shift excessively,which makes the thermal asynchronous generator set forced to shut down and the energy-saving equipment to idle.Through the installation of temperature and pressure reducing device and temperature reducing device,and the setting of two sets of connecting pipes for boiler water supply of sulphuric acid plant,The steam supply path of 800 kW thermal asynchronous generator set is optimized,the exhaust temperature of the generator set is adjusted,and the problem that the exhaust temperature of the generating set is too high to generate electricity and desuperheating water supply is solved.Through the transformation,the starting rate of the generator set is improved,the energy-saving equipment is activated,the cascade utilization of steam efficiency is realized,the purpose of energy saving and production cost reduction is achieved,and the benefit is about 987,900 yuan/a,and the target of tapping potential and increasing efficiency is achieved.
