摘    要:针对石油炼制企业含油污水预处理站内挥发性有机物(VOCs)组分复杂,污染物浓度不稳定的特点,设计采用"无动力活性炭吸附工艺"对其进行处理。工程运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,排放废气满足GB 31570—2015《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》中表3的大气污染物排放限值要求。该工艺处理效率高,经济可行,满足工程设计的要求。

Abstract:In view of the fact that volatile organic compound(VOCs) in oily sewage pretreatment station of petroleum refining enterprise had characteristics of complex composition and large fluctuation of pollutants concentration, unpowered activated carbon adsorption process was adopted for its treatment. The running results of the project showed that the system worked stably, the discharged gas quality met the requirement of table 3 in GB 31570—2015 Emission standard of pollutants for petroleum refining industry. The said process showed high efficiency and economical feasibility when treating oily sewage, which satisfied engineering design requirement.
