蜂巢提取物的制备及其抑菌性、抗氧化活性

摘    要:目的:获得蜂巢提取物的最佳制备方案,并探究蜂巢提取物的抑菌、抗氧化活性。方法:对在不同提取条件下所获得蜂巢提取物中的黄酮、总多酚及氨基酸提取率进行检测,选择蜂巢提取物中黄酮、总多酚及氨基酸提取含量相对较高的制备条件,在最佳蜂巢提取物制备方案的基础上,检测蜂巢提取物的抑菌效果、羟基自由基抑制率和还原能力。结果:研究得到蜂巢提取物的最佳制备方案为:提取时间30 min、料液比1:30 g/mL、乙醇浓度60%、提取温度为50 ℃,并且验证值与其没有显著差异。蜂巢提取物有良好的抑菌效果,其中对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果最为明显(P<0.05)。相对于Vc,蜂巢提取物有更加显著的抗氧化能力(P<0.05)。结论:蜂巢提取物作为一种天然资源,在抗菌、抗氧化方面能发挥巨大作用,有很大的挖掘空间和使用潜力。

Preparation,Antibacterial and Antioxidant of Honeycomb Extracts

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the optimized preparation program on honeycomb extract and to evaluate the anti-oxidant capacity,bacteriostasis of honeycomb extract.Method:The effects of different extraction conditions on the yields of flavonoids,total polyphenols,amino acids and antioxidants were investigated.The optimum extraction contents of flavonoids,polyphenols and amino acids from the honeycomb were selected.Result:The single-factor experiment was conducted.Based on the bioactive substances acquisition rate,and further optimized processing conditions investigation results indicated the when ethanol concentration was at 60%,the solid-liquid ratio at 1:30,and extracting in ultrasonic condition at 50 ℃ for 30 min,bioactive substances acquisition rate reached to the optimum.The honeycomb extract has good antibacterial effect,among which the antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus is the most obvious.Compared with Vc,the honeycomb extract had more significant antioxidant capacity (P<0.05).Conclusion:As a natural resource,the honeycomb extract can play a huge role in antibacterial and antioxidation,and has great exploration space and application potential.
