摘    要:针对食品加工工业园综合废水成分复杂、有机大分子物质和悬浮物含量高的特点,采用溶气气浮-水解酸化-接触氧化的主体工艺对其进行处理,介绍了其处理工艺流程、主要设计参数及运行效果.运行结果表明:COD、BOD5、SS、氨氮的去除率分别为85.3%、79%、84%、75%,废水出水水质稳定,能够达到当地污水处理厂设计进水水质要...

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of wastewater in food processing industrial park such as: complex components, high concentrations of organic macromolecules and suspended solids, a combined process of dissolved air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-contact oxidation was adopted for its treatment, the process flow, main design parameters and operation effect of the said project were introduced. The operation results showed that, the removal rates of COD, BOD5, SS, ammonia nitrogen reached 85.3%, 79%, 84% and 75% respectively, the effluent water quality was stable, which met the design water quality standard of local sewage treatment plant, and the treatment cost was low.
