摘    要:介绍了炔醛法BDO生产装置配套的10 kt/a废硫酸裂解制酸装置的工艺流程、工艺参数和主要设备,并对裂解温度、燃料气选择、废硫酸组分、裂解炉炉气剩余氧气含量等制酸工艺的影响因素进行了分析,提出了设计优化思路。该BDO废硫酸裂解制酸装置自投入运行以来,运行情况良好,BDO废硫酸处理量达到1250 kg/h,从根本上解决了BDO生产中废硫酸的环保处理问题,实现了变废为宝和资源循环利用,具有显著的环境效益和经济效益。

Abstract:The process flow,process parameters and main equipments of a 10 kt/a waste sulphuric acid cracking unit for BDO production by alkynaldehyde method are introduced.The influencing factors such as cracking temperature,fuel gas selection,waste sulphuric acid composition and residual oxygen content in cracking furnace gas are analyzed,and the design optimization idea is put forward.Since the plant was put into operation,it has been running well.The treatment capacity of BDO waste sulphuric acid reaches 1250 kg/h,which fundamentally solves the problem of environmental protection treatment of waste sulphuric acid in BDO production,realizes the transformation of waste into treasure and resource recycling,and has significant environmental and economic benefits.
