摘    要:提出了石油测井推靠装置用电机控制电路的一种设计方法。该方法根据耐高温直流电动机的工作特性和推靠装置在油井下的工作情况,通过对该电动机电枢电流和堵转电流的分析,把理论与实际应用紧密结合进行控制电路的设计,成功地实现了推靠装置的安全推靠及收臂。所设计的控制电路,通过实验证明,其断电电流与时间控制构成了双重保护,而且使控制电路又具备了可调性。该控制电路为石油测井领域提供了极大的应用价值。

Abstract:This paper proposes a design method of motor control circuit for pushing device of oil well logging. According to the working characteristics of high-temperature dc motor and the working condition of pushing device in the oil well,this circuit has successfully realized pushing and arm functions of the pushing device on the basis of analyzing armature current and locked-rotor current of the motor and combining theory with practical application. It is proved by the experiment that the designed control circuit constitutes a double protection for interruption current and time control and has the advantage of adjustability. This control circuit provides great application value for the field of oil well logging.
