变频电源网侧LCL滤波器的设计

摘    要:介绍了变频器输入端专用型LCL滤波器的性能:可以在较小的总电感条件下实现滤波功能,而且动态性能良好。并提出其设计原则主要归结为进线总电阻感的选择和滤波电容的选择,通过设定变流器侧允许最大纹波电流,滤波器吸收的最大无功功率和电网侧允许最大纹波电流分别计算得到变流器侧电感、滤波电容和电网侧电感的参数。

Abstract:This paper introduces the performance of special LCL filter in input terminal of frequency converter,i. e. the filter can realize filtering function under the condition of smaller total inductance and has good dynamic performance. It is proposed that the design principle of the filter is mainly expressed in selections of the total incoming inductance and the filtering capacitance. Through setting allowable maximum ripple current in current transformer side,the maximum reactive power absorbed by filter and the allowable maximum ripple current at power grid side are respectively calculated to obtain the parameters of inductance and filtering capacitance at current transformer side and the parameters of inductance in power grid side.
