城市是社会进步的动力,也是经济发展的产物.城市化是现代化必然要实现的目标,也是现代化的必然标志.全面建设小康社会的要求必然要推进中国城市经济的崛起.随着现代化城市建设的推进,工业的快速发展,人口的高度集中,城市的安全与防灾不得不引起人们的高度重视.本文从地震工程与城市系统防灾方面谈谈自己的一点看法.

Research on Modern Urban Seismic Disaster-proof Manipulative Countermeasures

Cities are impetus of social development and outcome of economic progress.Urbanization is the destination to be achieved and the sign of modernization.The need for comprehensive constructing well-off society pushes the growing up of Chinese urban economy.Along with urban construction,rapidly development of industry,highly concentration of population,more attentions have to be paid on urban safety and disaster-resistance.Viewpoints on seismic engineering and systemic urban disaster-resistance are presented in this paper.
