热套压力容器半径过盈量的优化设计

摘    要:根据热套压力容器内外筒应同时达到屈服的等强度设计原则,推导出最佳半径过盈量的解析方程,利用C程序计算出高精度的最佳半径过盈量,并运用ANSYS软件对热套压力容器进行了应力和变形分析。

Abstract:Based on the design principle of equal strength(the internal and external cylinders of shrunk pressure vessels come to yield at the same time),the analytic equation of the optimum radial interference magnitude was derived,the highly accurate optimum radial interference magnitude was calculated using C program,the strain and stress of shrunk pressure vessels were analyzed using ANSYS software.
