摘    要:介绍了中国石化青岛炼油化工有限责任公司 350 kt/a 石脑油改质装置的运行概况,对不同原料工况下运行情况进行了分析对比,在石脑油价格比汽油低时,石脑油改质装置的经济效益明显。同时针对催化剂再生过程中烧焦时间长的问题,对烧焦流程进行了优化,使单列改质反应器催化剂烧焦的时间缩短96~120 h,装置生产负荷提高了7.1%,能耗降低了1 906~2 859 GJ/a。

Abstract:The operation status of the 350 kt/a naphtha non-hydroupgranding unit in SINOPEC Qingdao Refining & Chemical Company was introduced and analyzed with using various feedstocks. It was found that when the price of naphtha was cheaper than that of gasoline, the economic effect of the unit was significant. Optimization of the catalyst regeneration process was carried out to shorten the coke burning time of the catalyst. Results showed that the coke burning time of a single reactor could be shortened 96-120 h by revamping, resulting in a 7.1% increase of production capacity, and the energy consumption of the unit reduced 1 906~2 859 GJ/a.
