| Abstract: | The paper presents the methods of estimation of sludge specific activities, determination and calculation of fluid flow pattern in digester and analysis of material balance in fermentation. The application of the methods in different scale anaerobic di-gestion system shows their significance in the research of anaerobic technological process and control of operation. |
