| Abstract: | The ideological and political work in SOE is the important political advantage of the Chinese Communist Party and socialism.This paper expounds the way to make best of advantage of the ideological and political work in SOE from three aspects including fully understanding the significance of ideological and political work,combining the work with the production and management organically and exploring new approaches to do ideological and political work. |
