摘    要:本文研究了选用H1 3电渣钢制造高强度螺栓热镦开式模 ,经改锻—锻热固溶调质予处理—B·N复合渗强化处理 ,代替原 3Cr2W 8V钢制热镦开式模常规处理 ,消除了早中期失效 ,寿命提高 6倍以上 ,效益显著

Abstract:Selecting H13(ESR) to manufacture the high-strength bolt of hot compression open-die is researched,through which is forged,quenched and tempered pretreatment and B.N complex seep strengthening treatment.It replay the routine treatment of hot compression open-die which is manufactured by 3Cr2W8V and remove medium-early.-term abating.The longevity is improved six times upwards.Benefit is notability.
