三峡船闸高强锚杆检测与分析

摘    要:高强锚杆是船闸高边坡加固的关键工程之一,不仅能够加固直立墙岩体,而且还能将薄衬砌式混凝土墙与岩体连为一体,承担结构应力作用。三峡船闸高强锚杆采用φ32精轧螺纹V级钢,为国内新产品,施工中曾出现过脆断现象,经各类试验和检测,杆材总体质量符合设计指标,物理化学性能合格。

Abstract:The high-strength anchorage rod project is one of key works of reinforcing high side-slope of the ship lock for the Three Gorges Project. It not only reinforced the vertical-wall rock body but also undertook the structural stresses of the integrity of thin lining-type concrete wall with rock body. The high-strength anchorage rod adopts grade-V fine-rolled indented-steel with the diameter of 32 mm, a new product in China. Through various tests and checks, the quality of such steel meets the needs of design indexes and its physical and chemical properties are qualified.
