| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了钢坯定位控制系统在莱钢中小型车间加热炉中的应用。此系统根据炉号、长度、重量、钢坯在炉内位置对炉内每一支钢坯进行定位和跟踪。其控制程序采用ABB AMPL编程语言编写，实现了钢坯在正常轧制、倒坯、清炉3种方式下的定位和跟踪。
