摘    要:降低制浆中段废水的排放量和色度的根本性措施是采用节水减污新技术。本文介绍了干法备料、回用污冷凝水、洗涤筛选封闭系统、氧脱木素、ECF和TCF等制浆清洁生产技术,并适当运用数据说明这些技术对降低制浆中段废水颜色污染的效果。

Abstract:The ultimate measure for decreasing discharge amount and chroma of washing & bleaching effluent of pulping is to adopt newtechnologies in water conservation and pollution control. The clean pulping technologies such as dry process stocking, recycling contaminatedcondensate, washing and screening closed system, oxygen delignify, ECF and TCF are introduced in the paper and the effect of these technolo-gies in decreasing colour stain of washing & bleaching effluent is illustrated with proper data.
