关于预应力轧机的刚度计算

本文分析了预应力轧机的受载情况,认为预应力轧机的零件有三类不同的承载情况,计算刚度时,应分别考虑,然后综合计算。并提出了适用于不同结构预应力轧机的刚度计算及刚度提高系数计算的公式。

On Calculation of Rigidity for Prestressed Rolling Mill

The paper analyses bearing conditions of prestressed rolling mill and hold s that the parts of prestressed rolling mill have three different bearing conditions. When the rigidity of a rolling mill is be calculated, the rigidity of the parts must be classified according to their bearing conditions. The paper gives equationes of calculation for equivalant rigidi- ty and for the raised coefficiend of rigidity, they applies to all prestres- sed rolling mills, which have different structures.
