莫代尔/细绒棉/山羊绒半精纺针织纱线的开发

为解决传统粗纺工艺纱支受限和精纺因特种动物纤维长度较短而无法加工的缺陷，利用半精纺技术开发莫代尔／细绒棉／山羊绒针织纱线。生产中，注意原料的合理搭配和染色后处理，前纺梳理工序采用“轻定量、低速度、大隔距、多梳少落”的原则，并粗工序则采用“紧隔距、轻定量、低速度”原则，细纱工序适当放大后区隔距，倍捻时尽量减少并纱张力差异和锭速差异，提高股线捻度分布的均匀性。通过对纱线进行测试，得出其各项性能指标均达到优等水平，满足生产高档轻薄针织面料的要求，具有很强的市场推广性。
