| 摘 要： | 在彩管荫焊接模具数学模型分析计算的基础上，采用计算机辅助设计及辅助制造方法，对25‘彩色电视机荫罩焊接模进行了数控编程及数控加工。经实际使用验证，完全可以替代国外进口模具。

| Abstract: | Application of CAD/CAM of shadow mask welding die to the manufacture of color picture tube is introduced.This method has been applied to the design and manufacture of shadow mask welding die of 25-inch color television.It has been proved in service use that it is of high quality and can replace imported die. |
