摘    要:从船舶结构可靠性设计中的模糊现象出发,以模糊数学和结构可靠性基本理论为基础,分析了传统随机可靠性理论的不足,并在常规模糊可靠性理论研究的基础上,利用模糊集合与普通集合之间的转换关系,解决了模糊变量组合时的可靠性计算方法,使得模糊可靠性理论设计更加科学,更加符合工程的实际,避免了传统计算方法对变量统计数据不足而导致的偏差.最后,通过对一油轮的纵向强度计算验证了本方法的准确性和实用性.

Abstract:The reliability design of a tank structure is discussed and analyzed based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics as well as the deficiency of the theory of conventional random reliability. Research utilized the conversion of fuzzy and common aggregates based on the research of common fuzzy reliability, and also included the calculating reliability method when combining fuzzy variables.It was found that the fuzzy reliability theory could make the design more scientific and more consistent with the project; the windage caused by insufficient variable statistics also could be avoided effectively.The veracity and practicability of this method are proved by the oil-tanker's longitudinal strength calculation.
