基于公理化设计的多级实例知识重用技术研究

摘    要:为提高大型复杂产品设计的效率,研究了复杂产品方案设计的实例分解与重用技术,提出了一种基于公理化设计的设计卖例知识重用方法。该方法以设计实例分解关联度为依据分解系统,建立了多级设计实例的层次模型和基于多级实例的知识重用模型,实现多级设计实例的重用。以大型水轮机方案设计为例,证明了该方法的有效性和可操作性。

Abstract:To improve efficiency for large-scale complicated product design,the case decomposition and reuse of scheme design knowledge were studied,as well as a case reuse method based on Axiomatic Design(AD) was proposed.With this method,decomposition interaction was firstly applied in multi-hierarchy case decomposition to build the multi-hierarchy case model.Knowledge reuse model was put forward based on multi-hierarchy case database to achieve case reuse.An example of large-scale hydraulic turbine scheme design wa...
