真空开关触头材料分断能力理论判据研究

摘    要:本文阐述了电触头材料分断能力理论研究的概况。研究了阴极电流发射密度与材料性质参数的关系,提出了一种新的能预测触头材料分断能力相对大小的理论判据,并得到了实验验证。从此判据可以看出,增大触头材料的原子量、密度、比热、沸点、熔化与气化潜热;减小其电阻率、游离电位将有助于提高分断能力。

Abstract:The situation of theoretical research on current interrupting capability of contact materials is introduced, the relationship between current density emitted by cathode and the properties of material is studied. A new criterion which can Predict the current interrupting capability of contact materials is given and confirmed by experiment. This criterion shows that the current interrupting capability of contact will be improved if the mat6rial is of higher atom weight, denSity, specific heat, boiling POint, latent heat of fusion and evaporation, and lower electrical resistivity, ionization energy.
