| 摘 要： | 本文根据嫩江流域暴雨洪水成因、洪水统计规律以及尼尔基水库的特性论述了尼尔基水利枢纽汛期洪水的进一步分期,为充分发挥尼尔基水库的防洪和兴利作用,解决好防洪与兴利矛盾,合理进行水资源的优化配置,为水库安全运行提供基本条件和保障。 |

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the flood divided into stages in the flood period for Nierji water complex according to storm rainfall origin statistical law and reservoir characteristics to give full play to reservoir's flood control and useful affect,resolve the contradiction of flood control and benefit,the optimization allocation of water resources for provide the foundamental condition and the guarantee of reservoir safe operation. |
