摘    要:提出了通过控制移动机构与支撑面之间摩擦力的方法,形成新型惯性冲击式压电陶瓷驱动机构的研究方案。分析了驱动机构的工作原理,建立了惯性移动机构的动力学模型,利用MATLAB对机构进行了运动学仿真,得到了位移仿真曲线,设计、制作了可实现直线往复运动的惯性移动机构,并作了相关的性能测试。试验结果表明:新型惯性移动机构的原理方案是可行的,试验结果基本与仿真结果吻合,同时也表明该系统具有性能平稳、步距均匀、速度曲线线性度好等特点。

Abstract:A novel inertial piezoelectric actuator was proposed which was characterized by controlling the friction between the moving mechanism and the supporting faces.The working principle of the actuator was described and a dynamic model of the inertial moving mechanism was built.The kinematic simulation of the mechanism was performed by means of the software Matlab and the simulated displacement curves were acquired.An inertial piezoelectric actuator to accomplish the linear reciprocating movement was developed and its performance test was carried out.The test results were in good agreement with the simulated ones.The results show that the scheme of the novel moving mechanism is valid and the developed actuator is characterized by stable moving performance,high resolution,step uniformity,and linearization of speed curves.
