| 摘 要： | 为了借鉴国外先进的配电系统可靠性管理经验,提高我国配电系统用户供电可靠性,对中美配电系统用户供电可靠性指标体系及主要指标数据进行研究,分析两国用户供电可靠性指标体系的异同点,探究两国在用户供电可靠性上存在的差距的原因,最后针对中国配电系统可靠性工作存在的问题提出改进意见.

| Abstract: | For taking examples by advanced power supply reliability management experience of power distribution systems and improving power supply reliability for customer service in China,this paper carries on a research of power supply reliability index systems in China and U.S.power distribution systems,analyzes similarities and differences between the two index systems and explores reasons for those disparities.At last,it proposes improvement advices for power supply reliability of China power distribution system. |
