摘    要:研究了将AlRETiB^ N^ 注入后H13钢表面性能的变化。纳米硬度分析表明,AlRETiB^ N^ 的注入使H13钢表层纳米硬度从13.37GPa增加至19.90GPa。刻痕试验表明,注入试样表面结合强度发生了变化,形成“硬壳”。SEM观察发现注入层性能与基体性能差别很大。从X光电子能谱发现,注入后,Ce峰位、La峰位、N峰位发生较大位移,生成的化合物极其复杂,为未知化合物,并有BN、AlN生成。

Abstract:By AlRETiB and N ions implantation,surface layer properties of H13 steel has been modified.The Nano indentation results showed that hardness is from 13 37GPa up to 19 90GPa after AlRETiB and N ions implantation,The score experiment showed that binding strength of the surface layer was changed and it formed into a "hard shell".SEM analysis show that there differences between surface layer and base.XPS results showed that significant shift of Ce,La and N peaks,resulting in formation of complex unidentified compound together with BN and AIN.
