摘    要:针对某直列四缸柴油机,以整机当量振动烈度为优化目标,通过单轴、双轴、平衡块等几种平衡措施的对比,为该机设计了粗细双轴平衡机构。应用此机构后,该柴油机在标定工况下,整机当量振动烈度由28.3 mm/s下降到18.4 mm/s。

Abstract:The equivalent vibration intensity of a four-cylinder in-line diesel engine was optimized by compa- ring with a series of balance measures such as single shaft,double shaft and balance piece.A new double shaft bal- ance mechanism with a thick shaft and a thin shaft was designed.In the declared operating condition,the equivalent vibration intensity of the whole engine with the new mechanism decreases from 28.3 mm/s to 18.4 mm/s.
