电火花成型加工间隙电压在线检测与处理的新方法

摘    要:通过对电火花成型加工过程放电状态的分析,在阐述了传统的间隙电压在线检测与处理方法的基础上,提出了一种新的在线检测与处理方法。该方法利用积分电路对间隙电压进行积分,而后求取其在本分析周期内的平均值,这适合于间隙电压检测适用统计规律的特点。与传统方法相比,本方法无需使用高速数据采集器件和大容量存储器件,硬件成本显著降低,由于无需对大量数据进行处理,节省大量CPU时间,软件更趋简洁。此方法具有很强的工程应用价值,通过对运行结果进行对比,效果良好。

Abstract:Through analyzing the stability of gap voltage for the process of electro-discharge machining(EDM),on the basis of discussing the original method,a new one is observed,which the gap voltage is measured on-line and processed.The gap voltage is integrated in the integral circuit through this method.Therefore the average of the gap voltage during the analyzed period can be calculated.The method is suitable for the peculiarity,which the measurement of the gap voltage is coincided the statistics law.Compared with the original method,high-rapid elements and vast capacity elements are not needed.The hardware expense is reduced obviously.For not processing numerous data,much CPU time can be saved.The whole software is simple.The method is practical and good for engineering applications.Finally,the experimental result is well.
