基于造价云的造价咨询工作新模式

截止2014年末,全国注册在案的造价咨询企业共有6,931家,从业人员共有412,591人,造价咨询已成为知识密集型产业。在现阶段,造价咨询企业的信息化难以满足企业管理的需要,缺乏工程造价数据积累和复用的手段和机制。企业信息化建设的重要手段之一便是云技术的应用。本文将云计算技术与造价咨询工作相结合,提出一种新的基于SAAS框架的造价云平台,解决了传统工作模式在诸如成果安全、积累和复用、项目管理工作效率等方面的问题。

New Cost Consultant Working Mode Based on Cost-Cloud

By 2014,there are 6,931 cost consultant enterprises registered and 412,591 employees all over our country .The Cost Consultant industry is changing to a knowledge concentrated industry .However the informationization of cost consultant is difficult to meet the need of business management now , which lacks the means and mechanisms of accumulation and reuse of engineering cost data .The application of cloud technology is one of the important means of enterprise information construction .Combined cloud computing technology and cost con-sultant business , this paper proposes a new cloud platform , which based on SAAS architecture , and solved the problems of traditional work model such as safety , accumulation and reuse of achievements , work efficiency of project management and so on .
