预制装配式混凝土建筑外墙防水技术研究

本文主要介绍了预制装配式混凝土建筑外墙防水技术研究现状,分析了装配式混凝土建筑外墙的防水原理。从构造防水和材料防水的角度,对地上建筑预制外墙防水进行了重点分析,主要对双面叠合墙板、PCF板、装饰保温一体化三明治夹心保温墙板、预制外挂墙板的板缝防水进行了剖析,并对密封胶的性能要求、种类和施工工艺进行了归纳总结,同时以双面叠合墙板在地下车库的应用分析了装配式混凝土地下防水技术,以促进我国建筑工业化健康、快速的发展。

Study OnWaterproof Technology of Prefabricated Concrete Building Exterior Wall

This paper mainly introduces the waterproofing technology research status of precast concrete external wall, analyzes the waterproof principle of assembly concrete building exterior wall.Considering from the point of view of structure waterproof and material waterproof, the prefabricated wall waterproof of building on the ground was analyzed, mainly for double sided laminated panels, PCF panels, decorative wall panels, insulation integrated sandwich prefabricated wall slab, and the performance requirements, types and construction technology of the sealant were summarized.At the same time, the application of double-sided composite wallboard in the underground garage was introduced to analyze prefabricated concrete underground waterproof technology, in order to promote the development of China's construction industry healthy and rapid development.
