摘    要:本文采用ABAQUS有限元分析法建立了半柔性路面计算模型,模拟计算了水泥混凝土路面加铺半柔性路面应力,分析了不同因素对单层和双层加铺结构力学特性的影响。结果表明,对于旧板破碎化后加铺半柔性路面结构的应力,主要影响因素有半柔性层的模量和厚度以及碎石化旧板的模量,对于双层结构还包括了沥青混凝土层的厚度,增大沥青混凝土层厚度可以降低加铺层层底应力,其他因素则影响相对较小。此外,旧水泥路面碎石化加铺单层半柔性路面结构层厚度宜达到10cm以上,同时采用打裂压稳技术并保留旧板有足够的承载力,以降低半柔性层层底拉应力。

Mechanical characteristics analysis of semi-flexible pavement overlaid on rubblized cement concrete pavement
Abstract:The calculation model of semi-flexible pavement was set up by adopting ABAQUS finite element analysis in this paper, the stress of semi-flexible pavement overlaid on rubblized cement concrete pavement (CCP) was calculated by simulation, and the effects of different factors on mechanical characteristics of asphalt overlay with monolayer and bi-layer structure were analyzed.The results show that the main influence factors on stress of semi-flexible asphalt overlaid on rubblized CCP include modulus and thickness of semi-flexible layer and modulus of rubblized CCP, as well as thickness of asphalt concrete for bi-layer structure (increased thickness of asphalt concrete could lead to decreased bottom stress of asphalt overlay), and the effects of the other factors are negligible.Additionally, the thickness of semi-flexible pavement with mono-layer structure overlaid on rubblized CCP should preferably be above 10 cm, meanwhile, it is better to adopt crack and seat technology and retain sufficient bearing capacity of old CCP, which could reduce the bottom tensile stress of semi-flexible layer
