摘 要: | 初步设计阶段,是有效控制工程造价的重要阶段,是确定和控制建设项目全部投资的关键,文章以某棚户区改造工程为例,阐述了初步设计阶段造价如何有效管理,并结合工程实际介绍其初步设计阶段造价管理的工作要点及应注意的问题。

Abstract: | The preliminary design phase is the key phase for effective control of the construction costs and key point for confirming and control of the total investment.A squatter settlement renovation project is taken as an example to illustrate how to effectively manage the cost at the preliminary design stage and put forward some focal points regarding management work and problems worthy of notice at the preliminary design phase based on practical engineering experiences. |
