摘    要:高职教育是为企业输送人才的教育,因此必须接受企业文化的熏陶。文章分别阐述了将企业文化渗透到高职人才培养过程中的必要性和具体思路。

Abstract:Higher vocational education is the talent transmission for the enterprises. So, it is necessary to accept the influence of enterprise culture. The thesis states the necessity and the ways to infiltrate enterprise culture into the process of training talent in higher vocational education.
